Foragearth Return & Refund Policy

At Foragearth, we want you to love the products you bring into your daily rituals. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

• unused and unopened

• in their original packaging

• in the same condition you received them

• accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

To begin a return, email us at info@foragearth.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll reply with instructions and the return mailing address.
Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us right away if:

• an item is damaged

• an item is defective

• you received the wrong product

We will review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• opened or used skincare or body care products

• custom or made-to-order items

• sale items

• gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item can be returned, we’re happy to help.

Exchanges

The fastest way to make an exchange is to return the item you have and place a new order for the item you want.
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
